What Reframit is
Reframit is a speaking-practice tool. It gives you a prompt, a structure to answer it in, and a timer, and it keeps a record of what you did. It is not a tutor, an examiner, or a certification of any kind, and nothing it shows you is a score that anyone else recognises.
Using the app
You may use Reframit for your own practice. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Do not attempt to break, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
What you say
Your speech and the transcripts made from it are yours. They stay on your device. We do not collect them, cannot read them, and have no copy of them. Clearing your history in the app deletes them, and so does uninstalling.
The prompts and structures
The practice prompts and answer structures that ship with the app are licensed to you for your own practice. You may not republish them, sell them, or use them to build a competing question bank.
Purchases
The app has nothing for sale today. If subscriptions or paid packs are added later, they will be sold through Google Play, and Google Play\'s terms will govern payment, renewal, and refunds. Every training feature that is free today stays free.
No warranty
Reframit is provided as it is. Speech recognition is done by your device and its accuracy is not something we control; transcripts can be wrong, and timings can drift by a small amount. The app is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Reframit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the app changes. The date above is when they were last updated, and material changes will be pointed out in the app rather than made quietly.
